Graduate of any 4-year course
With basic accounting subjects (an advantage)
With experience in customer service (an advantage)
Computer literate (MS Word & Excel proficiency required)
Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently
Willing to work beyond office hours when needed Job Responsibilities:
Answer and manage customer calls and inquiries
Provide product information and assist customers with their concerns
Take orders, determine charges, and oversee billing and payments
Handle and document customer complaints, returns, and feedback
Coordinate and refer issues to supervisors, managers, or sales personnel as necessary
Prepare invoices and assist in bidding preparations
Ensure all orders are accurately processed and delivered on time
Prepare and submit various reports related to customer transactions and activities
