Maintenance Lead

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team in the Greater Columbus area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff

Develop and implement maintenance procedures

Inspect and maintain building systems

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner

Manage inventory of supplies and equipment Requirements:

Proven experience in a maintenance role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of automotive or aircrafts

Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus
