Job Details:

• Work 3x12 or 4x12 day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM

• Block scheduling may be accommodated

• Patient ratios of 1:6-7

• Minimum 1 year of experience required

• First time travelers accepted

• Required certifications: BLS, NIHSS

• ACLS preferred

• Must be proficient with cardiac drips including cardizem, tridil, and amiodarone

• Work on orthopedic unit with medical/surgical and telemetry overflow

• Must have experience with titrating cardiac and vasoactive drips

• Care for adult and geriatric patients

• Daily census of 42 patients in 42-bed unit

• Must wear navy blue scrubs

• Must have active Alabama RN license at time of submittal

• Travel experience required but candidates with extensive experience may be considered

• 8+ hours of non-billable modules required for orientation

• 90-mile radius rule enforced - no local candidates accepted
