Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele Float Pool position with night shifts and strict licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

Position based in the Float Pool covering Medical-Surgical and Telemetry units

12-hour night shifts

Assignment is for 9 weeks

No on-call responsibilities mentioned

Environment requires adaptability across various hospital units

Will float as needed to Med/Surg and Telemetry units

Responsibilities include comprehensive nursing care and telemetry monitoring as assigned

Required to pass necessary competency tests prior to assignment

Seasonal vaccine documentation required during flu season

Requirements

Active NH or compact RN license required

MA RN license required if applicable

Current COVID vaccine with booster and flu vaccine required (medical exemptions allowed)

Pass/Fail testing for Tele/ECG and medications required

Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no locals allowed)

Must have completed a minimum 6-month break since any previous employment (travel, perm, per diem) at any affiliated facilities
