Overview: Join our dynamic team as an Implementation Analyst, where you will leverage your technical expertise to enhance and support the installation and implementation of our innovative healthcare products. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and effective solution deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and configure Revenue Cycle solutions tailored for physicians and hospitals.

Manage internet communication protocols for secure VPN and Web Service connections.

Utilize proprietary tools and processes for the successful deployment of Revenue Cycle solutions.

Conduct data mapping, configure data processing rules, and verify customer site setups during implementation.

Establish product access and permissions for user groups within customer organizations.

Translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements.

Follow established procedures to migrate solutions from legacy systems to new platforms.

Set up customer data feeds related to Claims (837, Print Image, etc.) and Remittance (835) transactions.

Develop, troubleshoot, and test proprietary scripts to streamline processing.

Engage with stakeholders and subject matter experts throughout project lifecycles for effective planning and issue resolution.

Identify and propose solutions for system issues affecting the timely delivery of services.

Maintain checklists and track issues to support project administration.

Coordinate with customer IT personnel to configure product modules efficiently.

Test products and resolve configuration issues during implementation phases.

Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues faced by customers.

Manage IT infrastructure tasks related to transaction processing.

Adapt and respond to shifting project demands while managing multiple initiatives.

Collaborate with the product development team to identify and address bugs that may delay implementations.

Participate actively in customer meetings, which may be on-site or remote, with potential travel as needed.

Support fellow team members as necessary.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in software support or product implementation.

Essential Skills:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for project facilitation.

Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

Capability to prioritize multiple project needs in a fast-paced environment.

Adept at making independent decisions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Windows OS with troubleshooting skills.

Deep understanding of Healthcare Transactions including 837, 835, 270, 271, 278, HL7, etc.

Preferred Skills:

Basic SQL knowledge or an understanding of databases.

Experience with hospital information systems, especially Epic.

Knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, healthcare insurance, or hospital information systems.

Understanding of insurance payer edits and requirements.

Business analyst experience to assist in departmental reporting.

Working Conditions: This position predominantly involves general office demands, primarily from a home office environment.

Travel Requirements: Some rare travel may be required. Employees may need to qualify for a company credit card or cover personal expenses for reimbursement when traveling.
