We’re looking for an IAM Software Developer at WIAM team to join us at Telia.
I’m Mažvydas Šimkus, Head of Workforce Identity & Access Management, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on shaping the future of Identity & Access Management by driving secure, scalable IAM solutions across Telia’s enterprise.
What you’ll do:
Participate in the development and maintenance of IAM/IGA infrastructure and services. You will:
Develop and maintain customizations in a Java based IAM product.
Write and maintain automation scripts.
Contribute to implementing best practice designs in IAM integrations.
Support database operations for PostgreSQL and Linux servers.
Perform routine administration of CI/CD pipelines in Github and Podman containers.
Learn/deepen your knowledge of the MidPoint IAM product and Identity Governance overall.
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are a proactive learner with strong communication skills and a passion for secure and robust identity solutions. You also have:
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript and/or experience with IT Architecture, IAM related roles and system operations.
Experience in automation scripting using languages such as Groovy, Python and PowerShell.
Understanding of IAM/IGA principles and putting security first.
Familiarity with containers (Podman/Kubernetes), PostgreSQL, Linux and DevOps principles and tooling.
We also work and would consider as an advantage experience with:
Products: Omada Enterprise Server, Ping Directory, Axiomatics Policy-driven Authorization, Microsoft Windows servers and Helisoft Helios.
Technologies: HTTP API development, C#, ASP.NET, JS/React web apps, Blazor web apps, MS SQL server, Policy-as-Code (PaC), Grafana monitoring and OAuth/OIDC authentication.
