As a Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services that keep our customers' vehicles in top condition. You'll work closely with experienced technicians and service advisors to ensure quality service and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1-2 years of experience, an unrestricted driver's license, and a clean driving record. Strong physical dexterity and stamina are required, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates should have a positive attitude, professional appearance, great communication skills, and deliver excellent customer service. State-certified inspectors are a plus.
Responsibilities
Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and fluid top-offs
Inspect vehicle fluid levels, air filters, belts, and other basic components
Check and adjust tire pressure
Assist in basic maintenance tasks such as battery installations and bulb replacements
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate clearly with the service team regarding vehicle status and recommendations
Adhere to safety and environmental regulations
Provide excellent customer service and represent the dealership professionally
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred
At least one year of Previous experience in automotive service or maintenance
ASE certifications
Basic mechanical knowledge and interest in automotive repair
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
