Highline Fleet Manager - Genesis of the North Shore (Hicksville, NY)
Genesis of the North Shore, part of the Atlantic Auto group family, is seeking an experienced Highline Fleet Manager to oversee our expanding highline broker sales division.
We're looking for a confident, well-connected automotive professional with deep relationships in the highline and luxury broker community - someone who can bring established contacts, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for the Genesis brand.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow our highline broker sales operations
Maintain and expand relationships with existing highline brokers
Source, price, and allocate Genesis vehicles for fleet/broker clients
Oversee all highline fleet transactions from inquiry to delivery
Work directly with management to maximize broker volume and profit
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of highline or luxury fleet/broker experience
Proven book of active highline brokers
Strong knowledge of highline inventory sourcing and sales processes
Excellent communication and follow-through skills
Professional, team-oriented, and results-driven
Compensation & Benefits
