Responsibilities:

Create tables, views, triggers, custom functions, and stored procedures for application development & reports distribution using Oracle.

Co-ordinate with the team by providing knowledge transfer, walkthrough development documents.

Develop stored procedures and triggers to facilitate consistent data entry into the database.

Write stored procedures using functions and cursors for common utilities.

Develop Data Profiling and Data Quality Monitoring & Management strategies and their integration with the Data Processing and ETL Life Cycle within an Enterprise Data Warehouses.

Performance Tuning for queries, functions, and procedures for efficiency on Production environment.

Analyze the PROD data and develop Data Fix queries, including the cascade tables.

Perform code deployments, developed by vendors from Sandbox to DEV, DEV to TEST, and TEST to PROD.

Participate in system analysis and data modelling, which includes creating tables, views, indexes, synonyms, triggers, functions, procedures, cursors, and packages. Create programming code using advanced concepts of Records, Collections, and Dynamic SQL.

Develop automated batch jobs to perform frequently running jobs.

Monitor indexes (XML Type: XML Index) and analyze their status for performance tuning and query optimization.
