Job Title: New Business Development – Lead Generation

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to focus on lead generation. In this role, you will identify and reach out to potential clients, qualify leads, and support the sales team by building a strong pipeline. The ideal candidate is proactive, confident in communication, and experienced in using tools like email, cold calls, and LinkedIn to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify potential leads in target markets

Initiate contact through calls, emails, and social media

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team

Maintain accurate records in CRM systems

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation strategies

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in lead generation or sales

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable with outreach and cold communication

Familiarity with CRM and lead generation tools

Communication Skills:

Must have strong English communication skills (verbal and written) to interact with foreign clientsprofessionally.

Basic knowledge of Hindi is preferred to communicate effectively with North Indian clients
