Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji for a Customer Service Representative. The responsibilities include directly engaging with and supporting referral customers, patients and resolving inquiries & concerns promptly, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and positive customer experiences. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, providing accurate information about services, and collaborating with internal teams to improve services delivery including patient handling, image post processing are core tasks for this role.

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
Ability to enhance Customer Experience and promote client-focused interactions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage customer relationships
Ability to problem-solve and address customer concerns with professionalism
Proficiency in organizing and maintaining accurate records of customer communications
Adaptability and a collaborative approach to work within a team environment
Prior experience in customer-facing roles or in healthcare is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus
Mobility and willlingness to carry out routine referral customer meetings
