Position Overview

This is a customer-facing position where you will engage directly with consumers, providing tailored solutions for internet, TV, and wireless products. If you enjoy problem-solving, building relationships, and working in a high-energy environment, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-person consultations with customers to assess their needs

Educate customers on available service options and promotions

Maintain accurate sales records and documentation

Work collaboratively with teammates to meet weekly goals

Represent our clients with professionalism and integrity

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM
