Core Responsibilities
The key objective of the Account Manager is to further develop the joint business and partnership with key Ecommerce accounts in the Nordic Business Unit.
We would welcome a proven eCommerce insight focused customer centric professional preferably within a Sales or Marketing (B2B) or relevant in-market Retailer (D2C), who has a keen commercial eye to identify new opportunities that have a positive impact for The LEGO Group and our retail partners.

The Nordic eCommerce Team is a highly performing and collaborative team working across the Nordic countries committed to developing our joint online business with our in-market retailers. The team is characterised by being open, fun, and diverse with team members from various countries and backgrounds, yet with one common mission: to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow through Nordic B2B eCommerce channels.
Do you have what it takes?
In-depth experience in an eCommerce commercial role preferably with an international FMCG organisation. We will also consider applicants sitting in a relevant role within an in-market Retailer.
Highly proficient in delivering value-based customer value propositions through planning, development, and implementation of customer joint business plans with ownership of the P&L.
A natural communicator with an ability to build relationships collaboratively with both internal and external partners crafting engaging storylines to convince.
A teammate, with a collaborative and inclusive approach partnering with the wider sales teams as well as marketing, customer service, and retail media.
Expertise on the usage of MS Office and Power BI would be phenomenal.
Proficiency in English language skills is essential; a Scandinavian language (ideally Finnish) would be great also.
It is a requirement to work at least 3 days per week in the office stated in the contract of employment.
