The Talent Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet the company's staffing needs and drive its growth. His/her primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions across different departments.
What Will You Do
• The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.• Must have proven experience as a Talent Recruiter or in a similar role, with a successful track record of hiring top talent.• Must be familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.• Must have strong knowledge of modern recruitment practices and sourcing techniques.• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively.• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple job openings simultaneously.• Must be adept at assessing candidates' soft and technical skills to match them with the right positions.• Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.• Must be amenable to working on flexible work schedule, as needed.

Collaborative Hiring: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs, providing guidance on best practices and recruitment strategies.7. Recruitment Marketing: Assist in creating compelling job descriptions and engaging recruitment content to attract qualified candidates and increase the company's visibility in the job market.8. Offer Management: Coordinate and extend job offers, negotiating terms when necessary, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.9.
