Competitive salary (DOE)

Flexible Monday–Friday schedule

Key Responsibilities of the Project Manager:

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are fully met

Lead site-based teams and subcontractors, motivating and maintaining high performance

Submit valuations and variations aligned with client payment terms

Oversee day-to-day contract operations and resolve project issues quickly

What You’ll Bring:

Strong technical understanding of installation environments, new builds, and refurbishments

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Calm, logical decision-making — especially under pressure

Solid commercial awareness and experience with budgeting

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Full UK driving licence

Personal Attributes:

A natural leader with the confidence to motivate site teams

Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly organised

Comfortable prioritising multiple projects
