Pay: $30-$35/hr (DOE) + overtime + annual incentives (~$70K+/yr)

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:30 AM-5:30 PM + rotating Saturdays (7:30 AM-12 PM)

Hours: 45-50+ hrs/week

Relocation Assistance: $500-$2,500

About the Role

Storm Search is seeking a skilled Equipment Service Technician for a well-established agricultural equipment dealership in Oakley, KS. This hands-on, on-site position focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining diesel and heavy agricultural machinery.

This role is ideal for someone who loves mechanical problem-solving, thrives in a shop environment, and wants long-term growth within a stable dealership network.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair diesel and agricultural equipment

Perform routine maintenance, system testing, and pre-delivery inspections

Accurately complete work orders, documentation, and required reports

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area

Communicate effectively with the Service Manager/Shop Foreman

Participate in ongoing technical and manufacturer training

Requirements

Must Have:

3-5 years' experience in diesel, agricultural, heavy equipment, construction, or automotive repair

Strong diesel engine knowledge

High School diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license + clean MVR

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Nice to Have:

Background with agricultural machinery

Experience with diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting

Continuous learning mindset
