Operation Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is experienced in restaurant operations, has strong leadership skills, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and monitor the daily operations of 16 branches Lead, train, and guide teams to maintain company standards Coordinate and align operational strategies with the Managing Director Handle meetings, updates, and performance reviews with upper management Manage relationships and negotiations with suppliers Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth workflow across all branches Lead, train, and supervise teams to maintain brand standards Monitor inventory, costs, and operational efficiency Implement operational policies and ensure compliance with company standards Collaborate with management for process improvements and performance goals Qualifications: Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the F&B industry Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge in cost control, inventory, and restaurant procedures Willing to work on-site Can start immediately Work Location: BGC / Makati / Ortigas (depending on assignment) If you are passionate about restaurant operations and ready to lead a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you!
