Required Skills & Qualifications

Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Strong communication, project management, and technical writing skills

Experience with instructional design and user experience (UX)

Proficiency in Articulate 360 and/or Articulate Rise for creating self-guided content Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Background in software engineering or development

Passion for cybersecurity

Experience with a wide range of technology and analysis, including facilitation with large stakeholder groups Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Coordinate various DevXP-led training programs such as Build the Builder, iSecure, and more

Focus on publishing and maintaining self-guided courses in Workday Learning

Collaborate with other DevXP resources to enhance learning content

Manage the complete requirements lifecycle and conduct structured analysis using both quantitative and qualitative techniques Company Benefits & Culture
