Position Overview
The Client Service Analyst plays a pivotal role in guiding clients through their financial decisions. This independent contractor (1099) position is commission-based, and compensation is performance-driven. This role is ideal for candidates seeking long-term growth in financial services, supported by ongoing training and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
Provide educational guidance to clients regarding financial strategies and licensed products
Conduct virtual and in-person client consultations
Maintain accurate client records and adhere to regulatory and licensing requirements
Build and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive follow-up
Participate in training programs, team meetings, and professional development initiatives
Collaborate with leadership to enhance client experience and operational outcomes
Qualifications
Must hold or be willing to obtain a state life insurance license
Strong communication, interpersonal, and professional skills
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain client-focused service
Basic proficiency with computers, phones, and CRM tools
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or financial services is a plus, but not required
