Inergroup is hiring immediately for Warehouse Operations Supervisor jobs in Groveport, OH. As a Weekend Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient day-to-day operation of the warehouse, focusing on supervising warehouse personnel and achieving daily production goals. Weekly pay starting at $33.65/hr and great benefits available!

Primary Responsibilities:

Operations Management: Develop and implement shipping/receiving work schedules and assignments to ensure effective operations and meet goals. Supervise all inbound and outbound shipments to ensure correctness and timeliness.

Productivity & Efficiency: Review daily work objectives and determine productivity requirements. Ensure equipment is utilized efficiently and coordinate maintenance. Partner with other leaders to balance labor and ensure appropriate staffing levels.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure the safe, clean, and efficient operation of the warehouse. Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance. Follow documented processes for reporting and following up on employee injuries.

Team Leadership & Development: Provide direct supervision, coaching, guidance, and recognition to warehouse personnel. Conduct daily pre-shift meetings covering productivity and workload forecasting. Assist in developing and delivering training and onboarding programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field, OR at least 1-5 years of supervisory experience. High School Diploma or GED required.

Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and warehouse/mechanical equipment. Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).

Leadership & Communication: Excellent talent management and team building skills. Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills, and customer service skills. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (may be required in some locations).

Physical Requirements & Environment: Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours. Ability to lift and move totes up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Aptitude: Ability to work in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment and handle changing priorities. Strong commitment to self-development and staying current on information/tools.

Schedule - We have openings on 1st Shift and 2nd Shift:

1st Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00am - 6:00pm

2nd Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00pm - 6:00am
