In this role, you'll be a partner for business leaders and the HR team, guiding day-to-day operations while influencing big strategies.
From talent acquisition and performance management to employee engagement and compliance, you'll have the opportunity to create programs that truly matter.
What You'll Be Doing: Manage and mentor a talented HR team, ensuring goals are met and growth opportunities are maximized.
Oversee HR systems and processes, including HRIS, recruiting, leave management, and retention strategies.
Design and deliver training programs that foster inclusion, engagement, and career development.
Provide guidance on policies, performance management, and employee relations, helping leaders build strong, productive teams.
Investigate complex issues, recommend solutions, and implement strategies to prevent future problems.
Use data and trends to create forward-thinking HR programs that support business objectives.
Working in a collaborative environment where your ideas matter.
What We Need from You: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). 8-12 years of HR experience, including at least 5 years in management.
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and HRIS systems.
PHR certification preferred.
