Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Computer Support professional to join their team.
As a Computer Support, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the high-profile user community within a professional banking environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Computer Support **Location:** Ohio, OH **What's the Job?** + Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking setting.
+ Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus solutions.
+ Support ticket management using ServiceNow or similar systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
+ Reimage user devices, back up and restore user data, and validate software functionality remotely and onsite.
+ Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements.
**What's Needed?** + 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support, with knowledge of server and Cisco technology in a professional environment.
+ Proficiency with troubleshooting/supporting MS Office suite, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS.
+ Experience assisting with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management, including VDI, patch management, and encryption technologies.
+ Prior experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.
+ Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
