Location: Colorado Springs, CO or Wilmington, DE
Type: Full-Time, Hybrid
Salary Range: $120,000 – $190,000 base + bonus
Experience Level: 7–10 years
About the Opportunity
Our client, a global leader in life sciences, diagnostics, and applied chemical markets, is seeking a Technical Lead – eCommerce Licensing & Monetization. This high-impact role is responsible for designing and implementing scalable licensing and entitlement solutions that power SaaS, subscription, and on-premise products. The position blends technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive licensing innovation and digital revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
Design and implement enterprise-grade software licensing and entitlement systems for SaaS, subscription, and on-premise offerings
Serve as the technical authority for license monetization systems, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, integration, and security standards
Collaborate with product, architecture, and IT teams to align licensing strategies with business and revenue goals
Lead end-to-end integrations with ERP systems and customer-facing eCommerce platforms
Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures and solution designs
Mentor developers and promote best practices in Agile/Scrum environments
Communicate solution strategies and technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
What You Bring
7–10 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership
Demonstrated success in licensing, entitlement, and eCommerce integration projects
Strong background in scaling technical solutions for global enterprises
