Physician-led organization

21k/yr ED volume

20 bed ED

24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)

14 hours/day of APP coverage

Paragon EMR

Full-Time Employee (FTE) or Independent Contractor (IC)

Organization:

May be contracted as W2 w/benefits or 1099 independent contractor w/ guaranteed shifts

1099- $230/hr

W2- $220/hr

Additional $10/hour would be added for candidates interested in working all night shifts

Additional $10/hour would be added for candidates interested in floating

W2 positions offer:

Health/Dental/Vision (w/HSA)

$250k group life policy

401k w/company contribution

$3000 CME
