Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home

Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week

Call: 1:3 (currently shared with 4 physicians)

Patient volume: Average patients per day - Scribe support provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day

On-site behavioral health and laboratory services

Full-time, permanent position
