Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week.

Patient Volume: Average 15-20 patients per day. - Scribe provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day.

Practice Features: - Behavioral health and lab services on-site. - Epic EMR. - Tier 4 Patient Centered Medical Home designation.

Position Type: Full-time, permanent.

New Grads Welcome. Compensation & Benefits:

Total Compensation:$146,000+ with RVU production bonus opportunity.

Quality Incentives: Up to $13,500 annually.

Commencement Bonus: $20,000.

CME & Licensing Support: $8,000 annually plus paid CME time.
