Corporate Fitness Manager – Germany

Salary: €40,000 – €65,000 (depending on experience)

Are you ready to make a real impact on workplace wellbeing? We're looking for a Corporate Fitness Manager to lead and strengthen the health and wellbeing services for one of a major corporate organsation in Germany.

What you'll do
Act as the main point of contact for our client, ensuring our wellbeing services deliver measurable value
Lead and support on-site teams, including recruitment, development, and performance reviews
Partner with the Country Manager to plan staffing and succession, identifying and nurturing talent
Ensure all contractual commitments are met in line with quality, ISO, and client expectations
Identify strategic opportunities and develop innovative wellbeing solutions across products and services
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and successful contract renewals
Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing) and external partners to enhance our offering
Take ownership of financial goals, achieving and exceeding revenue and margin targets
Be visible and hands-on – occasionally supporting the fitness floor and leading by example
About you
Degree in Sports Science, Public Health, Health Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an international setting with leadership responsibilities
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing operations, budgets, and business plans
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Fluent in German and English (both required)
A genuine passion for movement, health, and vitality
Collaborative, proactive, and responsible – a natural leader who inspires others
Willingness to travel within Germany
