Position: Lead Project Engineer

Location: Baden-Württemberg area, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multidisciplinary project teams in the design, construction, and commissioning of high voltage substations (AIS & GIS).

Manage EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project execution, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and timeline requirements.

Conduct and lead technical clarification meetings with clients in German.

Coordinate design reviews, documentation, and interface management between internal teams and external partners.

Support site activities and ensure alignment between engineering deliverables and on-site implementation.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have:

Degree in Electrical or Power Engineering (or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC business within the High Voltage / Substation sector (110 kV – 380 kV).

Fluency in German (C1 level or higher) is mandatory & fluent English is required.

Proven track record in leading complex infrastructure or energy projects.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
