Facility Management Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Facility Management Supervisor to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and service activities.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of facility management in Saudi Arabia, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and security teams.

Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.

Manage vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Prepare regular operational reports and support budgeting activities.

Handle facility-related issues and emergencies promptly.

Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.

Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
