Job Title: Journeyman Millwright (433A) Location: Oshawa, ON About the Role We are seeking a qualified Journeyman Millwright (433A) to join our team in supporting a large-scale industrial facility.

This role involves preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and mechanical systems, working within a collaborative and safety-focused environment.

Compensation & ScheduleHourly Rate: $41.85/hr plus a 10% night shift premium ($46.04/hr total)Shift: Night shift, Sunday to Thursday nights (10:30pm – 6:30am). First shift begins Sunday at 10:30pm and final shift ends Friday at 6:30am.Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (overnights).Overtime: Opportunities may be available from time to time.What We OfferCompetitive wages with shift premiumComprehensive medical and dental benefitsSafety boot reimbursementCasual dress codeOn-site parkingUnion membership with additional benefitsParticipation in company eventsOpportunities for long-term career growthKey ResponsibilitiesWork closely with other trades and maintenance technicians to address facility and equipment needsPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on a variety of industrial machinery and mechanical equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, fuel, lubrication, cooling, and exhaust systems, pumps, fans, tanks, and conveyorsConduct routine inspections and testing of machinery to ensure proper operationOperate hoisting and lifting devices safely and effectivelyTroubleshoot and resolve facility equipment failures to minimize downtimePerform mechanical repairs and adjustments to correct facility malfunctionsAssemble, install, calibrate, and align machinery and equipment with precisionComplete and document work orders in a timely mannerAdhere to and promote all safety protocols, procedures, and policiesCarry out other duties as assignedQualificationsValid 433A Industrial Mechanic/Millwright License (Skilled Trades Ontario)Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Mechanic or MillwrightStrong knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and pumpsExperience in manufacturing or facility maintenance settingsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamStrong commitment to workplace safety practicesAvailability to work night shifts (10:30pm – 6:30am, Sunday through Friday morning)Reliable transportation to commute to work in Oshawa, ONWhy Kelly®?
