About the Role: As a PRN Physician Assistant, you will conduct comprehensive health assessments during visits lasting up to one hour. Your responsibilities will include:

Conducting thorough adult and geriatric health assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, and treatment plans.

Providing health education, referrals to physicians and case managers, and ensuring clear documentation per Matrix guidelines.

Administering and ordering necessary point of care and lab tests.

Collaborating with physicians, social workers, and family members to optimize patient care.

Delivering services at members' residences or Skilled Nursing Facilities.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree or equivalent experience with successful completion of NP or PA licensure.

Current NP or PA licensure in your state with prescriptive authority or the ability to obtain it.

Board certification from NCCPA, AANP, ANCC, or AACCN in relevant specialties.

Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.

1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Valid driver's license and proof of adequate automobile insurance.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with medical record software.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
