Education

High school diploma or equivalent experience required.

Experience

Minimum of 2 years in a quality assurance role

Previous experience in client service or support

Proven ability to manage complex investigations

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent attention to detail

Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

This position demands proficiency in operating within an office setting alongside standard office tools. Some travel may be required.
