Cedarbrae, also known as Leavenworth Boutiques, is currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Retail Sales Associates. We’re looking for friendly, motivated individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in a one-of-a-kind retail environment.

With multiple boutique shops in downtown Leavenworth, our stores can range from calm and quiet to fast-paced and lively. We’re looking for adaptable team members who stay engaged, think creatively, and consistently provide outstanding customer experiences—no matter the pace of the day. You'll be part of a supportive, energetic team in one of Washington’s most charming destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a warm, professional manner

Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays

Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash/credit transactions

Support team members with restocking and inventory tasks

Learn product knowledge to better serve and engage with customers

Requirements:

Friendly, approachable personality with strong communication skills

Customer service experience (preferred, but not required)

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends

Comfortable standing for extended periods and moving between store locations

Basic math skills for transactions and inventory

Bilingual skills a plus, but not required
