Objective:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
· Identify and prospect potential new customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events.
· Qualify leads and build a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
· Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
· Actively seek out and engage with prospective clients, scheduling and conducting effective sales presentations and meetings.
· Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with a portfolio of clients.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Sales Process Execution:
· Negotiate and close deals, effectively handling objections and guiding clients through the decision-making process.
· Prepare and present clear and compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the company CRM system.
Collaboration & Improvement:
· Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product) to stay updated on new products, services, and market conditions.
· Provide feedback from the field to help shape product and service offerings.
· Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and competitors.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales/customer-facing role.
· Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
· Strong ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Self-motivated with a driven and resilient attitude.
· Proficiency with CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
· High school diploma/GED is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
· Experience in sales.
