Pure Naturals is a wholesale company for natural ingredients including cosmetic ingredients, fine chemicals, natural dyes, pharmaceutical intermediates, and food additives. We’re currently seeking a qualified sales representative to help market and sell products. The sales representative will possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who can identify potential customers, initiate email correspondence, conduct phone & conference calls, give presentations, and attend networking events and trade shows.

Responsibilities:

Develop in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.

Serve customers by selling products and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies.

Identify prospects, schedule appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business.

Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are met and company standards are maintained.

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, new products, delivery schedules, and industry trends.

Assist in social media marketing.

Perform additional tasks as needed.

Preferred skills and qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Prior sales experience.

Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Ability to travel to customer events.

Work Hours & Benefits:

8:30am-5:30pm.
