We are seeking a reliable maintenance person to join our facilities management team. The ideal candidate will have background in general maintenance and repair. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently, manage multiple tasks, and respond promptly to maintenance requests.
Job Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks.
Conduct inspections of buildings and facilities to identify and resolve issues.
Ensure all maintenance work is performed safely.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure effective and efficient operations.
Administer and coordinate the PPM and reactive works on site with both in-house and external support suppliers.
Log and update site maintenance related tickets on our RealTime CAFM system.
Review and log Health and Safety documentation including permit to work system.
Co-ordinate all works in accordance with agreed KPIs/SLAs
Support in house maintenance as required
Be responsible for daily inspection and checks
Qualifications
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
The ability to communicate effectively, over the telephone, email and face to face is essential
Planning and organisational skills are also required as the role requires balancing many different duties and being able to prioritise them
The ability to accurately complete tasks assignments & responsibilities in timely manner
The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Understanding of planned maintenance procedures & building assets
A basic understanding of good health & safety practices
This position involves working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
