This role is ideal for a highly motivated and goal-oriented, individual. The ability to anticipate the needs of the President and being in tune with the day-to-day operations of the company and needs of the Executive Team is an essential quality for this role. This individual will maintain positive, productive working relationships with internal and external parties and will manage these relationships in a manner that promotes a positive corporate image, builds morale and supports collaboration.
This is a Monday to Friday in-person full-time position with extended health benefits and training opportunities. The successful candidate will be energetic, polished, professional, have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work with none to minimal supervision while ensuring the office services are provided with the highest level of excellence.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Quote Management
Source and compare prices for software, hardware, and IT equipment based on requirements, confirming details with the tech team when needed.
Software & Licensing Administration
Add, remove, and modify software licenses upon request.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all licensing changes.
Assist in tracking subscription renewals.
Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control
Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and log arrivals.
Create shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments, RMAs, and courier pickups when required.
Maintain organized inventory, reconcile stock levels, and support equipment preparation for technicians.
Track asset assignments and maintain documentation for devices and equipment allocated to staff or clients.
Operational & Technician Support
Transfer and validate technicians’ timesheets into Timeblocks.
Assist with processing general and customer-related expenses
Support project-related purchasing, equipment tracking, and coordination of implementation with technicians.
Assist with data entry, documentation updates, and preparation of operational reports.
Office Support & Coordination
Verify incoming mail, scan documents, and deposit cheques.
Assist with updating technicians’ schedules and notify the team of any changes.
Monitor and restock office supplies and consumables.
Coordinate with building management and service vendors as needed.
Help maintain organization in the office, storage rooms, and inventory areas.
Keep office and storage areas organized.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Post-secondary education with a business/accounting focus preferred
6 years of relevant experience in similar role
Strong knowledge MS Office 365 and proficient with general office applications
QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software experience preferred
Exceptional Organization skills
Great attention to detail and ability to multitask under strict deadlines
Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work after hours when required
Currently living in Calgary area
Clear criminal record
Available to start immediately
