Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated PSW Instructor for the NACC-DE-2022 program to teach during weekends and weekday evenings. This is a full-time, on-site role located in North York, ON. The instructor’s responsibilities include delivering PSW curriculum, assessing student performance, conducting lesson planning, and ensuring a supportive learning environment. The role also involves mentoring students and fostering professional growth within the healthcare industry.

Qualifications

Expertise in Personal Support Worker (PSW) education, including curriculum delivery and lesson planning.

Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills to guide students effectively.

Experience in healthcare or vocational training programs with sound knowledge of industry standards and practices.

A commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment and supporting student success.

Certification or relevant qualifications in PSW instruction or a related field is required; teaching certification would be an asset.
