About The Position

Affiliated with a Top-Tier Health System 95% Outpatient H-1B & J-1 Support

A well-established multispecialty group in Ashtabula, Ohio is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neurologist to join its growing team. This full-time, permanent role offers a patient-centered outpatient-focused practice with minimal inpatient responsibilities. Position Highlights:

Patient Load: 15-20 patients/day (non-negotiable)

Setting: 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient

Population: 100% adult

Trauma: <5% of cases

Call: 10 days/month (reasonable, shared)

Schedule: Full-time; flexible schedule negotiable

Procedures: Lumbar puncture, muscle biopsy, EEG, EMG, Botox, brain death exams (required)

EMG tech, LPN, and shared receptionist for support

Onsite resources: X-ray, Lab, EMG

EMR: EPIC

Must reside within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate

Requirements:

BE/BC in Neurology

Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain)

BLS/ACLS certifications by start date

Proven experience with required procedures (listed above)

Willingness to relocate within 40 miles if not currently local

Open to 2025 graduates, H-1B, and J-1 visa candidates

Compensation & Benefits:

3-year contract:

Years 1-2: Guaranteed base + bonus

Year 3: Productivity-based with continued incentives

$5,000 CME allowance
