Patient Access Representative Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.

Associates degree or higher in a behavioral science preferred.

1 year of experience in social services or equivalent education and experience preferred.

A valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) or higher-level licensure preferred.

Work week schedule:

Tuesday-Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm @ Main Campus: 1791 Alum Creek Drive

Saturday, 8 am - 4:30 pm @ MASC 1430 South High Street Patient Access Representative Benefits
