Lead the business analysis services across prioritised and approved technology projects and manage competing priorities to meet key deliverables.

Lead, mentor and develop analysts in order to foster a high-performing team culture that effectively supports delivery teams and organisational objectives

About you
You have strong experience analysing business needs across a complex portfolio of initiatives, as well as extensive knowledge in applying contemporary business analysis best practice.
You can confidently lead and mentor business analysts within high performing teams and have the ability to influence stakeholders as a trusted partner.
You also have strong experience working with people management processes and HR/Payroll systems.
You communicate well and build strong and trusted relationships. You are also highly adaptable to change in a dynamic environment, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive proactive outcomes.
