Trained Graduate Teachers

This is a full-time, on-site position for Trained Graduate Teachers (TGT) across all subjects at DPS Pune.

The ideal candidates will be passionate educators with a deep understanding of their subject matter, committed to fostering academic excellence, creativity, and critical thinking among middle and secondary school students.

The TGT will play a key role in implementing the CBSE curriculum effectively while nurturing an engaging and inclusive learning environment that supports the holistic development of every child.

Key Responsibilities: • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across assigned subjects in alignment with the CBSE curriculum.

• Develop lesson plans and assessments that promote conceptual clarity and skill-based learning.

• Create a positive, stimulating classroom environment that encourages inquiry, collaboration, and active participation.

• Evaluate and track student performance through regular assessments, progress reports, and feedback sessions.

• Maintain effective classroom management and discipline while fostering respect, empathy, and teamwork.

• Collaborate with fellow educators and academic coordinators for curriculum planning, lesson enhancement, and co-curricular integration.

• Participate actively in school events, academic fairs, and inter-school activities to enrich student learning.

• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure continuous support for student progress.

• Integrate digital tools, audio-visual aids, and activity-based learning methods to enhance engagement.

• Ensure adherence to school policies, safety standards, and academic excellence benchmarks.

Minimum Qualifications • Graduate with B.Ed.

• Minimum 3 years of teaching classes teaching 6-10th Std in a recognised schools Gross monthly remuneration: approximately 79,922/- Total CTC: approximately 88,228/-
