Job Summary

Precision Machine Co. Has an immediate opening for a CNC Mill and/or CNC Lathe Machinist. 5 years Mastercam programming of CNC machines necessary. If you do not have directly related experience do not apply. 100% paid employee healthcare, Simple IRA, paid vacation, paid holidays, and top pay for the right person.

Responsibilities

- Utilize Mastercam software to create and modify CNC programs for machining operations.

- Implement CAM programming techniques to optimize toolpaths and increase efficiency.

- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings.

- Perform quality checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.

- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues.

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

- Proficient in Mastercam and CAM programming

- Extensive experience in CNC machining

- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers

- Knowledge of CNC machining operations

- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and blueprint reading
