Lead Residential Electrician (Full-Time)

Pay: $21.00–$31.00 per hour (based on experience) + optional overtime

Location: Rock Hill, SC and surrounding areas

What You’ll Do

Lead residential jobs start-to-finish, train and mentor apprentices

Work directly with homeowners; guide them through recommendations and options

Handle both construction and service/maintenance work

Deliver clean, code-compliant installs with pride and professionalism

What You Bring

5+ years residential electrical experience

Valid driver’s license with a clean record

Strong customer communication and sales-assist skills

Ability to work independently, manage time, and run jobs

High integrity, reliability, and pride in craftsmanship

Great teammate—respectful with customers and coworkers
