Job Summary
In this highly rewarding role, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support customer acquisition, affiliate coordination, and multi-channel content execution. This role requires a strong focus on performance marketing, partner management, and content delivery, along with the ability to manage day-to-day operations effectively and drive in-year marketing improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Performance Marketing
Support the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at improving conversion rates, new visitor traffic, and customer acquisition performance.
Assist in monitoring and analyzing key metrics such as first-time deposit (FTD), revenue generation, and customer retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with monthly and quarterly forecasts.
Affiliate Marketing & Account Coordination
Support the acquisition and onboarding of new affiliate partners, ensuring smooth communication and timely approval processes.
Help manage relationships with current affiliates, providing ongoing support to maintain engagement and performance.
Contribute to cost optimization efforts, including improving performance metrics such as CPD and CPA.
Channel Development & Management
Assist in the management and expansion of marketing channels, identifying opportunities for new audience segments.
Execute and maintain regular content output across social platforms, including Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and Telegram.
Help maintain and update Info Pages across key verticals (e.g., Sports, Aviator, Fishing), ensuring timely and accurate information.
Operational Improvement & Efficiency
Participate in planning and executing marketing initiatives that support cost optimization and operational effectiveness.
Contribute to the creation of content calendars and workflow processes to ensure timely content distribution across multiple platforms.
Provide input for campaign planning and support testing or rollout of new marketing tools and strategies.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
1 - 4 years of relevant experience
iGaming experience is an advantage
Understands and addresses the needs of target audiences to improve acquisition and retention
Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates and stakeholders
Supports affiliate accounts with attention to performance metrics and partner satisfaction
Proactively identifies opportunities for channel growth and campaign improvements
Uses data and insight to inform actions and support marketing effectiveness
Essential to possess several technical skills (i.e. Customer Segmentation, Email Marketing, Paid Advertising, Content & Community Marketing, Search Engine Marketing)
