Graceland Management Services, LLC is looking for an experienced professional to manage our growing Logistics Team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills and be incredibly organized. The Logistics Manager should be an excellent multi-tasker who works well under pressure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Delivery Driver Management - Employees and Independent Contractors
Hiring
Recruiting
Onboarding
Training
Compliance
Equipment Repair Management
Monthly shop inventories
Ensure that work orders are fulfilled
Building Prep
Pulling and staging building deliveries for the delivery drivers
Performing Analytics
Measuring performance and compliance using applicable software programs
Assessing the needs of the company and the drivers using technological methods
Requirements:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI - required
Experience with customer deliveries and installations preferred (or similar experience)
Knowledge of/experience in the Portable Building Industry preferred
Class A CDL preferred
Postsecondary education preferred or equivalent experience in Logistics
