We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Coordinator to support our project management team onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Key Responsibilities
Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks.
Track project progress and help maintain timelines, deliverables, and checklists.
Facilitate communication between teams to ensure information is clear and up-to-date.
Help manage coordination with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
Organize project files, materials, and internal tracking systems.
Support event preparation, logistics, and onsite needs when required.Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Clear written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
