About the Team

The Team is responsible for all project related quality work, incl. advanced quality planning, quality project management as well as Process-FMEA.

What you can look forward to as a FMEA expert and quality planning engineer:

Perform risk management for production processes by P-FMEA tool

Documentation and tracking of measures for risk mitigation and proving their effectiveness by failure simulations

Perform interface P-FMEAs with system partners and suppliers

Ensure Lessons Learned transfer into P-FMEA for prototype and serial phase

Evaluation of the list of special characteristics for in-house parts and assembly

Budget planning for internal measuring system as input for Q project management

Your Profile as a FMEA expert and quality planning engineer:

Deep product and process knowledge

Skills in moderation of interdisciplinary teams and conflict resolution

Expert in PFMEA software tools

Prompt right of objection regarding decisions of the Q project team that affect the own technical (expert) department

Functional and organizational leadership of the activities in the functional area
