Position Overview

The Fisher College of Business is accepting applications for a dynamic and experienced candidate to design, implement, and teach AI fluency in the enterprise environment to position the business school as a leader in the AI-driven business revolution. This role will develop and oversee a portfolio of AI focused programs (open enrollment, customized, and certificate programs) while ensuring alignment between the state of the art, the needs of clients, the needs of students, and the overall goals of AI education in the college.

Recruit and collaborate with faculty, guest lecturers, and external AI-focused partners to enhance teaching and program reach and to ensure alignment of courses with the learning objectives in the strategic approach to AI Fluency. Represent the school at university events, conferences, and executive education program meetings to strengthen institutional reputation in the space of AI transformation.

All courses are taught in person on the University’s main campus in Columbus, Ohio.

Performance Objectives

Teach 1-2 AI focused courses per academic year.

Oversee AI executive education programs, including curriculum, course, and business development.

Develop and execute the AI initiative strategic vision and planning

Mentor internal teams and clients on AI adoption.

Foster innovation and experimentation.

Evaluate and refine programs based on feedback to ensure measurable.

Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners

Education and Experience Requirements

Master’s degree or equivalent in business or a related area.

Three to five years of teaching and/or experience as a strategic leader in Responsible AI, with an emphasis on technology, governance, ethics, regulatory compliance, and operations within global organizations.

Extensive practical experience in the AI lifecycle, including involvement in successful AI implementations within complex corporate environments.

Extensive experience successfully launching and scaling high-visibility initiatives within large organizations.

Strong communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Demonstrated success in building and maintaining corporate relationships.

Recognized thought leader in AI and Digital Transformation with a strong industry network.
