Position Summary
Guggenheim Securities (“GS”) is seeking an exceptional, experienced Analyst or Junior Associate to join its Technology, Media and Telecom (“TMT”) Investment Banking group based in London.
Our London-based TMT team is an integral part of GS’ global TMT franchise and leads the coverage and execution of transactions for TMT companies across Europe. The group advises clients on a broad range of financial and strategic matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity/equity-linked and debt financings, joint ventures, restructurings, and private capital raises.
